Processing DMCA Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, Apkick.xyz will:

Reposting of Removed Content

Repeat Infringer Policy

Apkick.xyz takes copyright infringement seriously. In accordance with the DMCA, we maintain a policy to terminate access to the site for users who are deemed repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is a user who has been the subject of multiple valid DMCA takedown notices.

False Claims
